Adjusting DPI settings

If you are seeing buttons and words overlapping, or the HUD is shifted to the left and high, this is caused by an issue with DPI Settings.

This can also cause issues with Fast poker games and Ultra HD/Retina displays.

To fix this, set the DPI to smallest/normal/100%/96DPI. Depending on the operating system, this is labeled differently.

Windows 10:

  • Right-click the desktop
  • Click Display Settings

  • Slide the "Change the size of text, apps, and other items: 100%" slider all the way to the left.

  • Click Advanced display settings
  • Adjust your resolution to the maximum allowed.

Finally, then click "Advanced sizing of text and other items"

Click "set a custom scaling level" and change this to 100%

You could also disable DPI scaling for high resolution. Right-click the holdemmanager.exe, HUDfuncapps.exe and pokerstars.exe files. Go to Compatibility > check "disable display scaling on high DPI settings"
