What if Norton 360 is Detecting Holdem Manager as a threat?

Norton 360 recently started detecting several processes as threats. This is a false positive. Following this FAQ will ensure Holdem Manager and Norton are compatible:

If the issue occurs, a message like this will appear which may refer to dbcontrolpanel.exe, hmimport.exe or holdemmanager.exe:

Click on Settings as highlighted below.

In Settings, click on Antivirus.

Click on "Items to exclude from and Auto Protect and sonar detection".

Navigate to the RVGSoftware folder. Add that to the exclusion like shown below. This should stop Norton detecting Holdem Manager as a threat in future.

If Norton deleted one of the files, run the update for Holdem Manager. This can be downloaded from here: http://www.holdemmanager.com/store/downloads-manuals.php
