This guide is a short overview to show you the various scanner features and get you up and running quickly.

Creating a Profile

Before you can scan you must first setup a profile. Profiles are basically filters or instructions on what it should scan. You can setup one profile or many profiles depending on your needs.

First click on "Scan Profiles" in the ribbon

 

You should then see the following window.

 

1 - Click on New to create a new Profile. In this example i will be creating a profile to scan micro stakes 6max NL games on Poker Stars and i want to filter out deepstack tables.

2 - Select one or more stakes you want to scan.

3 - Select which currency tables you would like to play on, if you want to see all currency tables just click on all 3 like in the above screenshot.

4 - Select the structure

5 - Select the type of game i.e Holdem or Omaha

6 - Select the no of seats format you want to play on

8 - Here you can filter out what types of tables you want to exclude, like deep, short, fast etc

9 - Enter a descriptive name for the filter

10 - Once you save a filter it will show up in the top left corner but its important to remember until you tick the box beside the name it will not be an active scan. When you scan HM will scan any profiles that you have ticked. 

Table Scanner Features

1 - Table View - View the results grouped by tables

2 - Player View - View the results grouped by individual player

3 - Color code the results based on different stats to highlight the juciest tables

4 - Column View Selection - Choose which columns/stats you want to see displayed in the table

5 - Expand/Collapse Table Filters - Table filters allow you to filter based on stats, so for example you could filter to only show where waiting list is less than 3 or less than 6 or you could filter to show only tables where one or more players have 50% VIP to highlight a big fish. By default the filter is collapsed to save space, click it again to highlight it but you can also double click on the divider to expand/collapse. To enable a filter or disable it just tick or untick the checkbox beside it



6 - You can choose to show ONLY your tables or show all tables EXCEPT your tables by toggling this drop down

7 - You can chose to show ONLY tables your on the waiting list or show all tables EXCEPT the tables your on the waiting list for by toggling this dropdown

8 -  Switch between the new advanced view designed to be compact for the new slimmed down scanner or switch to the old classic 1.0 Scanner view.

9 - Switch between table and graph view - Table view just shows the players at the table you selected in the top window and graph view compares your tables to the best 5 tables available in a graph view.
